KN Energies aims to ensure safe and efficient cooperation with contractors, suppliers, drivers, representatives of shipping agents, and all other individuals requiring access to KN Energies terminals, and therefore invites you to review the applicable requirements.
Filling in and submitting the request
To obtain access to the Klaipėda or Subačius liquid energy product terminals, the Klaipėda LNG terminal, or the Klaipėda LNG reloading station, contractors, suppliers, clients, shipping agents, and other company representatives must submit a fully completed Request for Permission form.

Contractors – to the responsible person specified in the contract or to the assigned email address.
Drivers delivering cargo to the Klaipėda Liquid Energy Products Terminal – knt-ac-leid@kn.lt.
Drivers delivering cargo to the Subačius Liquid Energy Products Terminal – snt-ac-leid@kn.lt.
Representatives and agents serving vessels (paid permits) – leidimai@kn.lt.
Permit collection
To access the Klaipėda or Subačius Liquid Energy Products Terminals, the Klaipėda LNG Terminal, or the Klaipėda LNG Reloading Station, contractors, suppliers, clients, shipping agents, and other company representatives must submit a fully completed Request for Permission form.
Once the Request for Permission has been completed and submitted, permits are issued to the designated company representatives at the KN Energies Permit Office (Burių g. 19, Klaipėda). Permits may be collected by authorised persons or by the individuals to whom the permits are issued, upon presentation of an identity document – passport, ID card, or driver’s licence.
Important: Permits are issued only to individuals who have completed the occupational safety and health briefing. The briefing can be completed online at kn.safetybriefing.lt. Instructions for completing the briefing are available here.

Contractors and partners are invited to familiarise themselves with KN Energies work instructions, requirements, and other relevant documents, which will be provided by the responsible person specified in the contract or via the assigned email address.
Digital service and IT solution providers working with KN Energies are subject to the company’s Information and Cyber Security Policy, Supplier Information Security Requirements, and any additional obligations defined in contracts. You are expected to review and comply with the core confidentiality, integrity, availability, and cybersecurity requirements that apply when delivering services to KN Energies.
