Announcement of Selection of Candidates for the Post of General Manager of Klaipėdos Nafta AB

By decision of Members of the Board of public company Klaipėdos Nafta AB (KN), business ID 110648893, registered office address Burių g. 19, Klaipėda (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Company‘), selection of candidates for the post of the General Manager of the Company is announced.

1. Selection method:After the documents provided by the candidates are evaluated, the selected candidates will be invited to an interview. The final decision the election of the General Manager will be adopted by the KN Board.
2. Documents will be accepted from candidates until 07-02-2017 (inclusively).
3. The candidates must submit the following documents:
   3.1. A consent to apply for the post of the General Manager of the Company and declaration of interest (Annex 1 to the Announcement);
   3.2. A declaration of impeccable reputation (Annex 2 to the Announcement);
   3.3. A Curriculum Vitae and a motivational letter in Lithuanian or English;
   3.4. A copy of a personal identity document;
   3.5. A copy of a document evidencing educational attainment.
4. If required, the Company reserves the right to ask the candidate to submit additional documents.
5. General, special and qualifications requirements for candidates for the post of the General Manager are set out in Annex 3 to the Announcement.
