The Supervisory Board of AB Klaipedos Nafta, legal entity code 110648893, head office address: Burių g. 19, Klaipėda, (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces the selection of candidates for one position of independent member of the Company’s Audit Committee under the Supervisory Board (hereinafter referred to as the Audit Committee).
1. The period for which candidate shall be appointed as member of the Audit Committee: until expiry of the term of office of the current Company’s Supervisory Board;
2. Method of selection – interview:
2.1. First selection phase – selection on the basis of data presented in the curriculum vitae (CV) and the covering letter, initial interviews;
2.2. Second selection phase – evaluation of candidates, interviews with selected candidates;
2.3. Third selection phase – evaluation of candidates’ competences and verification of references (where relevant);
2.4. Fourth selection phase – verification of potential candidates in competent authorities in accordance with the procedure prescribed by legislation;
2.5. Final phase – the decision of the Supervisory Board regarding the election of members of the Audit Committee.
3. Candidates’ documents for selection are accepted until 28 September 2018 (inclusive);
4. The candidates must provide the following documents:
4.1. a consent to stand as candidate for the position of an independent member of the Company’s Audit Committee (Annex 4 to the announcement);
4.2. a declaration of good repute and independence of the candidate for the position of a member of the Audit Committee (Annex 2 to the announcement);
4.3. curriculum vitae (CV);
4.4. a copy of a personal identity document;
4.5. a copy of document proving education;
4.6. copies of documents proving required experience;
4.7. contact details for sending information to the candidate;
4.8. other documents considered to be relevant by the candidate.
5. General, special and qualification requirements for candidates for the position of an independent member of the Audit Committee are provided in Annex 1 to the announcement. The selection will be carried out in accordance with the description of selection approved by the Supervisory Board (Annex 3 to the announcement).
6. The candidates submit documents in one of the following ways:
6.1. delivering personally at the address: Baltijos pr. 40, 7th floor, LT-93239 Klaipėda, or Konstitucijos pr. 21C, LT-09306 Vilnius (Business Centre QUADRUM, Northern Block, 10th floor). Documents are accepted on Mondays to Thursdays from 7.30 until 16.30 and on Fridays from 7.30 until 15.30 (the lunch break is 11.30–12.20);
6.2. sending by post (registered mail) or using courier services to the address: Baltijos pr. 40, LT-93239 Klaipėda, with an additional indication ‘Audit Committee candidate’s documents’;
6.3. emailing to z.budrikiene@kn.lt. The documents must be signed by secure electronic means of signature with qualified e-signature certificates.
