Klaipeda LNG Terminal Operator (hereinafter – “Company”) informs natural gas market participants about the planned announcement of the commencement of allocation of LNG Terminal annual LNG regasification capacity on the 21st of September 2022.
Taking into account the provisions of the approved Regulations, the Company informs about the planned announcement of the invitation to submit applications for the acquisition of LNG Terminal annual LNG regasification capacity.
Main information on the annual capacity allocation procedure is provided in AB Klaipedos nafta Regulations for the use of LNG terminal.
After the annual LNG regasification capacity allocation, the remaining unallocated capacity along with the estimated Spot capacity will be offered through the Spot capacity allocation procedure. Spot capacity will be allocated no earlier than 90 (ninety) calendar days and no later than 60 (sixty) calendar days prior the beginning of the requested month of Terminal capacity utilization.
