On July 21, Irina Kabulova, a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience, joined KN Energies – an international energy terminal operator – as the company’s new Chief People Officer (CPO).
In her new role, Irina will be responsible for developing and implementing the people strategy across the KN Energies Group, including talent development and attraction, employee engagement, organizational culture, and the improvement and optimization of other key HR processes.
Irina Kabulova brings extensive experience in people management, both in Lithuania and internationally, across the energy, service, and logistics sectors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in management and business administration from ISM University of Management and Economics and has completed Master's studies in Human Resource Management and Project Management.
Over the past seven years, Irina served as the HR Director for the Baltic region at HAVI Logistics, an international logistics company, where she was responsible for people operations across four companies employing around 1,000 people.
She also has experience in the energy sector, having previously worked at Ignitis Group as an HR Business Partner and Head of the HR Department.
“I firmly believe that an HR leader must not only have a strong understanding of the business in which the organization operates, but also actively contribute to creating and growing its value, as well as achieving its goals. My priority upon joining KN Energies is to gain a deep understanding of the organization’s specific activities, strategy, culture, and employee needs – in order to implement a targeted, business-driven HR strategy. I believe that HR should be an equal strategic partner to the business in achieving sustainable growth and long-term success,” says I. Kabulova.

“We are excited to welcome Irina, a highly experienced people and culture professional, to our team. Her expertise in transforming HR functions, working with global teams, and leading change will be a great asset as KN Energies continues its energy transformation journey,” says Darius Šilenskis.
