Regarding announcement of procurement of financial services related to redemption of a floating LNG storage and regasification unit

AB Klaipėdos Nafta hereby on 28 August 2015 announced procurement (terms of negotiated procedure) of the financial services (long-term loan) amounting up to EUR 300 mln., in order to finance planned redemption of a floating liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage and regasification unit for the purpose of decreasing annual LNG terminal exploitation costs.
