A committee for selection of independent board member candidates of public limited liability company Klaipėdos Nafta, reg. No. 110648893, registered address Burių 19, Klaipėda (hereinafter – Company) formed on 16 September 2016, pursuant to the decision of its Supervisory Board, announces selection of candidates for independent Board members of the Company.
1. The term for the candidate to be appointed a member of the board – until the end of term of the existing Board of the Company (29 April 2018);
2. Type of selection – interview:
2.1. Stage 1 – selection based on the information provided in the CV and the motivation letter;
2.2. Stage 2 – assessment of the candidates, interviews with selected candidates;
2.3. Stage 3 – assessment of competences and verification of references (if necessary);
2.4. Final stage – decision by the Supervisory Board regarding election of a Board member.
3. Applications of the candidates must be submitted within 30 days after the publication of the selection notice in the Company’s internet site www.oil.lt – by 4 th November 2016 (inclusive);
4. Candidates must submit the following documents:
4.1. Consent to stand for election to the Company’s independent Board member (Annex 1 to the Notice);
4.2. Bona fides and independence declaration of the independent Board member candidate of AB Klaipėdos Nafta (Annex 2 to the Notice);
4.3. Curriculum Vitae (CV);
4.4. A copy of the personal ID document;
4.5. A copy of the document attesting to education qualification;
4.6. Copies of documents attesting to the required experience;
4.7. Contact details used for sending information to the candidate by the Selection Committee;
4.8. Other required document
