The Code applies to all suppliers participating in procurements within the KN Energies Group or supplying goods, providing services, or performing works under concluded contracts. The term “supplier” in the Code includes the supplier’s employees, experts, consultants, and any other persons engaged through joint activities, subcontracting, or other arrangements who are involved in fulfilling contracts concluded with KN Energies.
