The growth of SC Klaipedos Nafta realod in October was driven by Orlen Lietuva

In October this year SC Klaipedos Nafta throught it’s controlled oil terminals handled 7,2 percent more oil products than at the same period last year. Cargo rise is mainly related to increased Orlen Lietuva freight volumes.
 
In October, the company's terminals handled 534 thousand tons of oil products, e.g. last year at a time cargo volumes reached 498 thousand tons. The company’s largest customer Orlen Lietuva in October increased speed and cargo turnover rose 18 percent. As well as more cargo began to travel from Belarus Novopolotsk factory.
 
“Customers carrying cargo from Belarus factories in October were as active as in September. We monitor how our newly-signed contracts showcases positive results – Belarusian transit cargo flow is growing all 10 months”, – comments Mantas Bartuška, SC Klaipedos Nafta CEO.
 
Cargo handling within 10 months this year grew 19 percent and exceeded 5 million tons.
 
 
In October, the company’s operated LNG terminal regasified and supplied to the natural gas transmission system 320 thousand MWh of natural gas, and totally in ten months – 4,089 mln. MWh natural gas.
