The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania is conducting a selection procedure for the position of a state-delegated member of the Supervisory Board – a civil servant in the public limited liability company KN Energies until the expiry of the term of office of the current Supervisory Board on 20 October 2026.
The selection shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts in order to ensure proper representation of the interests of the state as a shareholder. The Supervisory Board is composed of a majority of independent members, in line with OECD good governance practices.
