The Board consists of 5 members, including the Chairman of the Board, with at least 3 members being independent. Members of the Board are elected for a period of 4 years and are recalled by the Supervisory Board. The candidate would be appointed as the member of the Board until the expiry of the term of office of the current Company’s Board.
Company is an international player and reliable operator of oil and LNG terminals that also adds value through implemented projects and balanced expansion. It seeks to identify market needs and business enlargement opportunities and proactively adapt by creating new or modifying provided services accordingly.
Mandatory requirements:
- Higher university education;
- At least 10 years professional experience in the areas of energetics, business expanding, organization development or implementation of infrastructure projects;
- At least 3 years of experience in management (participation in management bodies) of a large enterprise (having not less than 100 employees);
- At least 3 years of work experience as a member of company‘s collegial body;
- Excellent English language.
Other competencies:
- Experience in the area of international infrastructure projects financing and implementation;
- Knowledge of regional energetics infrastructure and market situation; Understanding activity and regulation principles of companies that are working in the area of energetics;
- Experience in strategic planning, organizational development and / or implementation of organization changes in the company;
- Experience in implementing successful strategic goals, ensuring sustainable value enhancement and return to shareholders.
